In the cupping today, this coffee was showing better than many of the 'nano-lots' that were available on the table and fooled both Rachel and I - Alexandra called this to be GUABO 5ANC
15/05/25 was the one other time I cupped this lot which was during a marathon cupping week at the Esmeralda lab, as we selected through their top coffees in consideration for the Esmeralda Auction. This coffee just barely missed the cut.
