SHADY BADER 
Arrival September 2020.
This coffee was picked following a strict ripeness criteria, hand sorted and floated. This lot is natural processed with a mix of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation. Later the coffee was dried 90% inside parabolic raised beds and 20% in mechanical dryer.
Shady Bader and his family (mom and brother) are the owners of the farm El Vergel in Fresno, Tolima for over 20 years. Each of them has a specific role in the production. In this farm they grow different varieties of coffee - you can find Pacamara and Java featured on our menu.
