Twenty (20) bags have been booked by ZAB Coffee in Montreal, Quebec
La Esperanza is the namesake of the renowned Granja La Esperanza group of farms.
Owned by siblings, Rigoberto and Luis Eduardo Herrera, who come from a long standing coffee producing family.
Many different coffee varieties are planted throughout La Esperanza. This is a the original farm, spanning 35 hectares and also hosting the family home, the processing facility where Cerro Azul and La Esperanza coffees are perfected.
This lot is an Estate blend, comprised of Caturra, Colombia and Mandela varieties. It's been fully washed in a traditional ceramic tank, without water, for a range of 30 - 35 hours. Following this, the coffee has been dried in mechanical silo until achieving 11% final moisture content.
