CATUR is a collaborative effort between So So Good Coffee Company, Dr. Intan Taufik, B. Sc., M.Sc., Ph D and Mikael Jasin, 2 x Indonesian Barista Champion.

The project is focused on elevating Indonesian coffee utilizing proprietary inoculants and designed processing techniques, to create distinctive, repeatable taste profiles. Working with six different processors throughout the country and impacting nearly 1200 coffee farming families.

In 2021, CATUR produced 55,000kg of green bean utilizing four distinct profiles, Bumi, Senja, Pucuk and Kamala. The number you see next to the flavour profile corelates with specific inoculants to create that batch.
